What do different eco labels tell you?
The label tells you:
- Do not contain chlorine bleach
- Do not contain harsh solvents
- Do not contain toxic substances
- Do not contain harsh abrasive substances
- Do not contain nonylphenols (NP)
- Do not contain pathogenic substances
- Do not contain corrosive substances
- Do not contain chemicals (Prop 65)
- Phosphate-free
- Neutral pH
- Hypoallergenic
- Low VOC’s for environmental safety
- Biodegradable surfactants
The
label on All-purpose cleaners tells you:
- The product has a reduced impact on the aquatic environment
- It does not contain certain dangerous substances
- It has a limited effect on the growth of algae in water
- It is largely biodegradable
- It uses less packaging
- It includes information for correct environmental use
- It is guaranteed to perform at least as effectively as conventional products
The
label on Hand dishwashing detergents tells you:
- The product has a reduced impact on the aquatic environment
- It does not contain certain dangerous substances
- It has a limited effect on the growth of algae in water
- It is largely biodegradable
- It uses less packaging
- It contains information for correct environmental use
- It is guaranteed to perform at least as effectively as conventional products
The
label on Soaps, shampoos and hair conditioners tells you:
- The product meets strict limits on the use of dangerous substances
- The product has a lower impact on the aquatic environment
- The product sets high standards of biodegradability
- The product limits packaging waste
- The product has a high level of performance
The
label tells you:
- Valorisation of ingredients produced from agro-resources, phrase: surface agents are of plant origin.
- Mention of % of ingredients produced by Organic Farming without minimum.
- All the ingredients are listed in familiar language to facilitate understanding by the consumer
- Conditions of use must be specified (dosage to be respected).
- The proposed labeling that you are required to submit must comply with the standard (p.14) and the general regulation
